Michael Aizenstadt - Chairman of the Board

Michael has been in the mortgage business since 1983, originally starting his career as a loan officer for Northeastern Mortgage Company: eventually becoming Vice President of the company, overseeing 4 branches in MA before leaving to start Mortgage Corp East in May of 1988. Michael currently resides in Hull with his wife Patti, they have 3 children. Michael is a longstanding member and contributor to the Jimmy Fund Gold Program, actively serving in several capacities since 1987. Originally from Weymouth, Michael is a graduate of Weymouth North High School and Southeastern Massachusetts University with a degree in accounting. In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and especially his true passion, baseball.

Ryan Morgan - Partner - Senior Loan Officer

Ryan joined Mortgage Corp East in 2006 and has been an integral part of Mortgage Corp East’s success since he began his career. Ryan prides himself in his compassionate approach to servicing his clients, as well as being 2nd to none when it comes to program knowledge and customer service. Originally from Weymouth, Ryan is a graduate of Boston College High School where he was a 2 time captain of the baseball team, including BC High’s state champion 2001 team. After Boston College High School, Ryan went onto Boston College where he furthered his baseball career and graduated with a degree in Marketing and Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. After a stint with the Chicago Cubs minor league system, Ryan retired and began working for Mortgage Corp East. Currently residing in Hanover, Ryan spends his free time golfing and enjoys staying active in youth baseball. Having been recognized by National Mortgage News Mortgage Executive Magazine, and The Scotsman Guide as being in the top 1% of mortgage originators in America, Ryan credits this success to the strong referral partners he has developed relationships with to truly provide a holistic "team" approach to your real estate needs.

Peter Boretti - President - Partner

Peter has been with Mortgage Corp East since 1997. In addition to being responsible for the financial reporting of the company, he also oversees the processing and closing functions of the loans. Peter received his accounting degree from Babson College. He was a captain of his Hull High School basketball team and was a member of Babson’s basketball team. He was elected to the Hull High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012. He resides in Hull with his wife Sheri and their 2 children Samantha and Nick. Peter volunteers extensively in the town of Hull through various organizations. He has held numerous board of director positions in the various organizations, coached numerous youth programs and high school basketball, held a position on the committee to celebrate the 375th anniversary of the Town of Hull; and is Treasurer of the Hull Lions Club

Andrew Aizenstadt - Sr. VP - Loan Officer - Partner

Andrew graduated from Babson College in 2011 as the Student Athlete of the Year with a Business degree specializing in Accounting. After Babson, Andrew continued his baseball career by playing in the Philadelphia farm system as well as with several other organizations around the world. Following his playing career, Andrew returned home to the South Shore to join the Mortgage Corp East team in 2015. Along with being responsible for processing and underwriting for the company, Andrew has also been a licensed Loan Officer since 2017. Andrew uses his vast knowledge of the industry and a team-oriented focus to help coach borrowers through the financing process into their dream home.

Marc Doucette - Sr. Loan Officer - Partner

Marc has been with Mortgage Corp East since 1991. Marc has achieved tremendous success in the mortgage industry due to his unparalleled work ethic and vast knowledge of the industry regarding available products for his clients.

Originally from Braintree, Marc resides in Marshfield with his wife Laurie, their children Trevor and Jillian and their 2 dogs. Marc is a graduate of Braintree High School and Curry College, where he was a member of the men’s ice hockey team. Marc enjoys spending time with his family and friends at the beach in Marshfield, Fishing and supporting the Boston Bruins and New England Patriots.

Taylor Walsh - Loan Officer

RTaylor joined Mortgage Corp East in the fall of 2021.

After graduating from Boston College, Taylor started her career as a buyer at The TJX Companies. She traveled around the world sourcing many different categories for the TJ Maxx and Marshalls stores, including beauty products, fitness accessories and jewelry. After 8 years as an off-price buyer, Taylor was eager to learn the mortgage business and immerse herself in local real estate.

Taylor’s experience in retail cultivated the foundation for many of the skills she brings to her clients and the mortgage process, such as strong communication, strategic planning and relationship building. She finds that the most exciting part of this job is helping make her client's dreams of homeownership a reality.

Originally from Norwell, Taylor now lives in Duxbury with her husband Joe, thier son Patrick and French Bulldog Jackson. In her free time, Taylor enjoys playing golf, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Diane Dearth - Loan Processor

RHi, I’m Diane. I’ve been with Mortgage Corp East for the past 10 years. I take pride in my work and enjoy helping make the mortgage process as smooth as possible.

I live on the South Shore with my husband, our two girls, and our dog. Outside of work, I love spending time in the kitchen baking, relaxing at the beach, and most importantly, making memories with my family. Family time is very special to me, and I always enjoy finding time to slow down and enjoy the people and things I love.

Kayla Bolstad - Senior Loan Processor

Kayla is an experienced mortgage professional with ten years of experience in the financial services industry. Over the course of her career, she has worked in mortgage processing, origination, loan servicing, and operations, giving her an extensive understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish. She enjoys helping borrowers navigate what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming experience and takes pride in being organized, approachable, and someone both clients and coworkers can rely on.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading, keeping up with the latest TV shows, and spending time with family and friends.

Rachel LaFountain - Loan Processor

Rachel joined Mortgage Corp East in 2024 and brings several years of experience in the mortgage industry to her role as a Loan Processor. Having worked in both loan origination and processing, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of the mortgage process and what it takes to successfully get a loan from application to closing.

Rachel is a graduate of Westfield State University and currently resides in Plymouth. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, going to the beach, traveling, and taking advantage of all that the South Shore has to offer.

Dawn King - Loan Closer

Dawn brings more than 20 years of real estate paralegal experience to the Mortgage Corp East closing department. With over a year at Mortgage Corp East, Dawn works closely with the team to prepare closing disclosures, mortgage documentation, and other essential closing materials. Her extensive legal and real estate background, combined with her attention to detail, helps ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience for our clients.

Dawn’s career includes working for two Associate Justices of the Commonwealth: the Honorable Wilbur P. Edwards, Jr., retired Associate Justice of the Southeast Housing Court, and the Honorable Bethany C. Brown, Associate Justice of the Probate & Family Court.

Beyond her professional career, Dawn is deeply committed to serving her community. She has volunteered with numerous veterans’ organizations, including the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans’ Stand Down and the New England Center and Home for Veterans. Her community involvement also includes the Town of Plymouth’s Elderly & Disabled Tax Fund. In 2023, Dawn was part of the inaugural committee instrumental in helping implement M.G.L. c. 60, § 3(d), which allows certain cities and towns to establish voluntary donation programs to assist low-income elderly and disabled residents with paying their real estate taxes. She is also a member of the Plymouth Center for the Arts, the Herring Ponds Watershed Association, and the Eagle Hill Civic Association.

A Notary Public of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Dawn provides notary services to Mortgage Corp East and its clients. Dawn lives in Plymouth with her husband, Stephen, their daughter, Isabella, and their cat, Gigi. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with lifelong friends.

Angela Whiting - Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant-Processor

With 28 years of expereince in banking and financial services, Angela brings extensive mortgage knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals. She specializes in conventional and jumbo mortgages, with a particular expertise in risk assessment and pipeline management.

Angela especially enjoys working through challenging files and finding solutions tat help the home buying or refinancing process as smooth and stress free as possible. Her background at a local Credit Union taught her the importance of community leading and treating every client with personal care and attention, values she continues to bring to her work everyday.

A lifelong South Shore resident, Angela loves being part of the community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, reading, and spending time with her family and beloved cat, Frankie. Most of all, Angela takes pride in helping others and believes that a little kindness and a personal touch can make a big difference.
