Mortgage Corp of the East III was organized as a Massachusetts corporation in May of 1988. Michael Aizenstadt is the founder and President of Mortgage Corp East. Our primary business focus is on the origination of residential mortgages in the state of Massachusetts, licensed as a direct lender. Our current staff has over 100 years of service with the company and more in mortgage industry experience.
Our business capabilities range from your typical conventional mortgage, but expands to other areas including jumbo loan programs, portfolio loan programs, FHA loans, VA loans, bridge loans, and construction loans. We offer both fixed and adjustable rate mortgages. Our loan officers are experienced in originating all types of residential loan applications and our experience with our product range is paramount. Our business is generated from a vast network of referral sources that include realtors, attorneys, financial planners, accountants, and most importantly satisfied customers. We value our relationships throughout the mortgage process.
